AGM September 26th 7:45pm at the GPCC

We have been working hard to represent your interests this year - please support us by attending and hear the latest.
We need more committee members - can you help?
In previous years attendance at meetings has been low, and numbers able to serve on the committee have dwindled.
We are reaching the point when we have to ask you if you want a RA to work in your interests. If you do - then we need your support at the AGM at least by attending.

Residents Meeting Monday 11th July 7:30pm at the GPCC

All residents are invited.  Say hello, let us know how we are doing, find out the latest news, have your say!

We will be talking about the proposed Gosforth Harriers charity run and residents experiences of the management company.

Events on the Great Park

Gosforth Harriers want to hold a charity relay run on a Sunday morning in August. The consortium are keen for this to go ahead, but have asked for residents views as there will be an impact from traffic and parking as well as potential privacy issues.  We do not know if the paths will be closed or what will happen if there is an accident.
Please comment with your views and vote on the poll on our home page. If you have forgotten your log on you can retrieve it by email.

Service Charge and Management Company Review

There has been a fair amount of debate on various social media groups in recent weeks concerning mostly lack of service and information which would clarify exactly what we are expected to pay for. EMVRA has been in correspondence with Cell F management Company on and off for about three years and this material is available in the forums for registered users (if they can find the will to wade through them!).

Thought it might be useful to produce a summary which is below - you can also get it as a pdf file.
