A Grand Opening - Date for your diary 1st Nov 2017

We are hosting an event at the GPCC (community centre) on 1st November at 8.00pm. Open to all Great Park Residents.
Full details will be announced nearer the time, but we can say there will be a competition for a new name and only a little boring business.
So beat the post Halloween blues and find out what's the crack.

Service Charge Mystery Continues...

Nearly four years down the line and the same questions are being raised with the management company on how they arrive at the costs we are charged.
A resident from cell F has very recently asked again about why the accountants fees are so large, how areas under management are identified, why “bad debt” is being chased instead of giving residents detailed cost information as a matter of routine to avoid disputes. Site members can read a full account on the private forum.

AGM Adjourned! New Date October 18th 7:30pm at GPCC

Only 6 members turned up for our AGM on 26th September, and since our constitution stipulates 10 must be present for a general meeting, it was adjourned until Tuesday 18th October, 7.30pm at the GPCC.

All was not lost as 6 like minded individuals enjoyed a lively informal discussion around speeding, traffic and parking and what might work in mitigation.

The way the management company and service charge is administered and how best to challenge this was also a topic of great interest.
